    The Job

    As a Real Estate Sales Manager, you will be a key player in driving our success in Dubai's competitive real estate industry. You will play a crucial role in selling Dubai property to local and US- based investors. Your expertise in navigating the Dubai market and your language skills will be invaluable in connecting with our clients.

    You will be responsible for :

    • Managing and administering all real estate matters on behalf of the Company in order to provide employees with workspaces that foster a strong culture while optimising costs.
    • Acquiring and managing relationships with corporate and institutional clients in your area of focus to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
    • All aspects of lease management including identifying and negotiating new leases, renewals as well as terminations.
    • Establishing strong best practies and SOPs and overseeing all aspects of facilities management.
    • Sourcing and managing outsourced service providers to ensure maintenance is carried out in an efficient, timely and cost-effective manner.
    • Developing strong internal relationships to optimise service delivery and ensure all practices are in line with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.
    • Ensuring all facilities meet health and safety standards and comply with regulations.

    The Profile

    • You have at least 2 years of experience including solid experience in a similar role within Real Estate.
    • Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager, preferably in the Dubai market.
    • Excellent communication skills, with a strong command of the English language for the night shift to deal with US-based investors.
    • Excellent communication skills, with a strong command of the Arabic language for the day shift to deal with Dubai-based realtors.
    • Proficient in market analysis and customer relationship management.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
