Oversee employee relations addressgrievances and facilitate conflict resolution to maintain apositive work environment. Implement HR policies and procedures incompliance with labor laws and regulations as per the UAE laws.Manage employee benefits payroll and ensure accurate recordsmaintenance. Assist in performance management processes includingappraisals and feedback mechanisms. Maintain HR databases andgenerate reports for management review.
