Job Responsibilities

Facilitate all the activities relating to the manpower and equipment budgets in the various departments of the business area and overseas Joint Venture Companies, during the annual budget processFacilitate all the activities relating to the manpower and equipment budgets in the various departments of the business area and overseas Joint Venture Companies, during the annual budget processConceptualise, develop, and empower line managers on resource deployment rules keeping in view business plans, strategy & specific service level agreements with customer airlines.

Transform/model these rules in the resource management systemInfluence and interact with process owners and department heads for effective implementation of redesigned rules and processes.

Act as SME for Resource management system and associated tools to enable maximum usage in developing various Planning scenarios

Job Requirements

Experience in the fields related to Resource management and scheduling, including BPR, Method Study, Work Measurement, operations ResearchExperience is in the airline or airport services industry, and/or as Industrial Engineer responsible for Work-Study, Industrial Engineer/Business Process Re-EngineeringDegree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)Degree in engineering or scientific discipline.

Industrial Engineering is preferredIE qualification including development of all relevant techniques. System user training required on INFORM suite
