Description

• Create, document and manageconstruction plans and goals for allprojects.
• Oversee all aspects of theconstruction or renovation process, including schedulingcontractors, materials procurement, and costestimates.
• Ensure projects are completed ontime and within budget.
• Assist in the hiringand training of new staff.
• Ensure safetyprotocols are adhered to throughout the entire constructionprocess, meeting all applicable laws andregulations.
• Liaise with stakeholders toprovide required materials and information to completeprojects.
• Handle customer service includingresponding to inquiries, responding to customer complaints, andresolving disputes.
• Manage daily tasks andensure the project is running smoothly.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CivilEngineering, Construction Management, or relatedfield.
• 2 years of experience in constructionmanagement.
• Demonstrated experience managingsubcontractors, vendors, and other parties involved withprojects.
• Knowledge of safety requirements,building codes, and other legalregulations.
• Ability to read blueprints andengineering drawings.
• Strong projectmanagement, organizational, and communicationskills.
• Excellent problem solving, negotiation,and conflict resolution skills.
• Computerproficiency in word processing and spreadsheetsoftware.
• Valid driver's license andaccess to a vehicle preferred.
