Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Dubai Holiday Homes Operations Assistant, a fast learner, capable of making decisions on his/her own and problem-solving.

The person needs to be fluent in English, representative and positive minded

  • Full "A to Z "Holiday Homes process
  • Knows how to manage the Operations, advertisement, availability of apartments arrange the Properties from Land Lord.
  • Lead Generation
  • Inspect the properties for cleaning and maintenance each time the guest check in and check out
  • Well knowledgeable with the DTCM portal
  • Admin Works at the Office (Landlord Statement, Expenses, Accounts Payable and Receivables)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (required)

Experience:

Holiday Homes Business: 2 years (required)

  • Good Contacts with Landlords: 1 year (required)

Language:


  • English

License/Certification:

  • UAE VALID DRIVING LICENSE (advantage)

Salary:
From AED3,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- business development manager: 2 years (preferred)
