- Graduate with a Master'sdegree in Business or a related discipline from a reputableuniversity
- Minimum 3 years'experience in teaching Business and management courses in auniversity setting
- Strong knowledge ofcontemporary teaching and e-learningpractices
- Experience in curriculum developmentand student assessment
- Adequate experience insupervising student projects and thesispapers
- Excellent record in community serviceand scholarly activities
- Develop and deliver courses tostudents in specified discipline areas ofstudy
- Evaluate and monitor individual studentprogress and provide feedback to sustain studentsuccess
- Research, organize and manageinstructional resources, courses outlines, and communitynetworks
- Provide consultative expertise as asubject matter expert to the local industry through pre-approvedpartnership projects by the University
- Ensure arespectful and culturally sensitive learning environment in allcollege focused activities
- Establish andmaintain effective work relationships across the organization andcommunity
- Motivate and inspire confidence inothers (students and colleagues) to overcome limitations topersonal growth and success
- Actively seek outmethods, procedures and resources to best achieve course and lessonobjectives
- Support and participate inaccreditation initiatives
- Maintainrelationships with students that are conducive tolearning
- Perform miscellaneous job-relatedduties as assigned
