    • Graduate with a Master'sdegree in Business or a related discipline from a reputableuniversity
    • Minimum 3 years'experience in teaching Business and management courses in auniversity setting
    • Strong knowledge ofcontemporary teaching and e-learningpractices
    • Experience in curriculum developmentand student assessment
    • Adequate experience insupervising student projects and thesispapers
    • Excellent record in community serviceand scholarly activities

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES& RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop and deliver courses tostudents in specified discipline areas ofstudy
    • Evaluate and monitor individual studentprogress and provide feedback to sustain studentsuccess
    • Research, organize and manageinstructional resources, courses outlines, and communitynetworks
    • Provide consultative expertise as asubject matter expert to the local industry through pre-approvedpartnership projects by the University
    • Ensure arespectful and culturally sensitive learning environment in allcollege focused activities
    • Establish andmaintain effective work relationships across the organization andcommunity
    • Motivate and inspire confidence inothers (students and colleagues) to overcome limitations topersonal growth and success
    • Actively seek outmethods, procedures and resources to best achieve course and lessonobjectives
    • Support and participate inaccreditation initiatives
    • Maintainrelationships with students that are conducive tolearning
    • Perform miscellaneous job-relatedduties as assigned
