Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of agents. Provide ongoing coaching, support, and performance feedback to ensure individual and team success.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for improvement.
Agency Development:
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. Conduct regular performance reviews and implement development plans for team members.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Resolve escalated client issues in a timely and effective manner.
Compliance and Operations:
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and key performance indicators. Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in HR or Business Administration. Proven work experience in a leadership role within the Recruitment and Staffing industry. Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service, and business development. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
