    • Develop and maintain relationshipswith current and potential customers through regular visits, calls,and emails.

    • Collaborate with the sales team todevelop and implement strategic sales plans and goals for yourterritory.

    • Maintain accurate records ofsales, customer interactions, and markettrends.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets set by thecompany.
    • Act as a primary point of contact forcustomers, addressing and resolving any issues or concerns in atimely and professional manner.

    Qualifications

    • At least 2 years of experience inoutdoor sales or a related field.
    • Knowledge andpassion for outdoor activities andequipment.
    • Strong communication andinterpersonal skills.
    • Proven track record ofmeeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Ability towork independently and travel within the designatedterritory.
    • Excellent time-management andorganizational skills.
    • Proficient in MicrosoftOffice and comfortable with using CRMsoftware.
