- Develop and maintain relationshipswith current and potential customers through regular visits, calls,and emails.
- Promote our brand and products byproviding product knowledge and conducting product demonstrationsat outdoor events, trade shows, and retaillocations.
- Collaborate with the sales team todevelop and implement strategic sales plans and goals for yourterritory.
- Conduct market research to identifynew potential customers and businessopportunities.
- Maintain accurate records ofsales, customer interactions, and markettrends.
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by thecompany.
- Act as a primary point of contact forcustomers, addressing and resolving any issues or concerns in atimely and professional manner.
- At least 2 years of experience inoutdoor sales or a related field.
- Knowledge andpassion for outdoor activities andequipment.
- Strong communication andinterpersonal skills.
- Proven track record ofmeeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability towork independently and travel within the designatedterritory.
- Excellent time-management andorganizational skills.
- Proficient in MicrosoftOffice and comfortable with using CRMsoftware.
