Description

Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and buspersons, to ensure efficient service delivery and guest satisfaction.

Provide guidance, direction, and training to restaurant staff on service standards, menu knowledge, proper serving techniques, and guest interaction protocols.
Assist in scheduling staff shifts, assigning sections, and coordinating seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and maintain smooth dining service flow.
Welcome guests upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and assist with seating arrangements based on guest preferences, party size, and special requests.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food and beverages to guests, monitoring order accuracy and presentation quality.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and courteously, addressing any concerns and resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain a visible presence in the dining area, circulating among tables, engaging with guests, and soliciting feedback on their dining experience.
Monitor dining room ambiance, cleanliness, and adherence to sanitation and safety standards, taking corrective action as needed to maintain a welcoming and hygienic environment.
Assist in inventory management, including monitoring stock levels of dining supplies, tableware, and beverage inventory, and coordinating replenishment orders as necessary.
Collaborate with the restaurant manager and other department heads to develop and implement service improvement initiatives, promotional activities, and special events to enhance the dining experience and drive revenue.
Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to food and beverage service, hygiene standards, alcohol service, and guest relations.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations, providing feedback and support to foster a positive work environment and promote staff development.

Salary:
AED1, AED2,000.00 per month
