Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategy to achieve targeted revenue and growth objectives.
  • Participate in planning and implementing the agreed strategies and action plans.
  • Fulfil sales target and KPIs and ensure business growth while improving profitability.
  • Competence to fulfil the market demand and business development.
  • Strengthen brand image in responsible area with the support of relevant function departments.
  • Reporting, including but not limited to market and competition dynamics.

Qualifications

  • Experience of sales in Gulf region in the building construction industry for at least 2 years
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree
  • Must have industry and product knowhow.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in English, ability to speak and write Arabic would be an advantage.
  • Full time position based at Dubai, UAE
  • Must be having a valid driving license for UAE and own car.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
AED5, AED7,000.00 per month


Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

- sales in Gulf region in the building construction industry: 2 years (preferred)


Language:


  • Arabic (preferred)

License/Certification:

  • UAE Driving License (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (preferred)
