Role and responsibilities:
- Research, plan, and propose reference design and system
- Assist in the conceptual design proposal. Prepare a design and layout that explains the concept and essential functional characteristics of the system
- Create CAD and 3D drawings, Collaborate with fellow designers and engineering.
- Ensure output meets technical requirement and local work instructions and is delivered within deadlines
- Contribute in transfer of knowledge and best practices within designer team.
- Report work status in timely manner s
You are meant for this job if:
- Minimum 5 years drafting experience.
- Minimum 5year experience in CAD software (Rhino, Revit, 3Dmax and Cam software are preferred).
- General knowledge of manufacturing processes is preferred.
- Demonstrate effective internal communication skills.
- Able to work independently, organized and multitasker in a fastpaced environment with focus on meeting tight deadlines
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Rhino: 3 years (preferred)
- Soildworks: 3 years (preferred)
- 3D max: 3 years (preferred)
- Fusion 360: 3 years (preferred)
