Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding product and service inquiries, billing, and other issues
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
  • Escalate customer complaints and issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Provide aftersales support, including processing returns, exchanges, and refunds
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales and technical support, to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Continuously develop knowledge of the company's products and services to better serve customers

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a nonvoice support role
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and empathy
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies

Salary:
