Ability to read and understand KOT

Ability of using cutting tools, cookware, and charcoal griller
Able to perform various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
Checking that ingredients remain fresh and safe for consumption.
Tracking the components of each meal to ensure that the final dish is completed in a timely manner.
Liaising with waitstaff once orders are finalized.
Ensuring that your workstation always remains clean and orderly.
Informing the Manager when equipment is due for maintenance, repair, or replacement.
Tracking inventory to ensure that you always have adequate supplies.
Previous experience in Arabic Cuisine
Previous experience in Grilling and Fast-Food Restaurant
Very good communication skills
Excellent physical condition and stamina
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma from a culinary school will be an advantage
Able to Reallocate in Dubai
