Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis
Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
Speaks English is a must

Responsibilities
(Real Estate)Negotiate prices with owner to get the best deal possible for the clients
Connect with all owners in a timely fashion to build a strong business relationship
Conduct market analysis to ensure best listing prices
Follow up with owner weekly to provide on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve business relationship
Experiences with Bayut and Property Finder portals and similar listing management systems
Ensure that listings a up to date and relevant with accurate information that promotes quick sales
Coordinate and support with marketing team and agents

Ability to commute/relocate:

Abu Dhabi:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
