Responsibilities:


  • Safely transport employees to and from designated locations, such as business meetings, airports, or company events.
  • Deliver packages, documents, and other company assets to various locations, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Plan and map out efficient routes, considering traffic and weather conditions, to ensure timely arrival at destinations.
  • Maintain company vehicles in excellent condition by performing regular maintenance, cleaning, and servicing.
  • Keep accurate records of vehicle usage, including mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist with loading and unloading packages or equipment as required.
  • Communicate with company personnel regarding transportation schedules and any changes in plans.
  • Report any vehicle issues or accidents promptly to the appropriate personnel.
  • Follow safety protocols and use appropriate safety equipment while operating company vehicles.

Requirements:


  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a corporate or commercial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
  • Excellent driving skills and the ability to operate various types of vehicles.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
