Requirements

Joining Immediately:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
At least 57 years of experience in HR oil and Gas, with preferably 4 years in a managerial or supervisory role
Indepth knowledge of HR practices, administration, and state and HR laws
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Expertise in conflict management and great relationshipbuilding skills
Ability to take initiative and maintain confidentiality

Responsibilities

Develop new HR policies and procedures that meet internal requirements and align with our company's mission and values
Serve as an advisor to other staff members regarding internal HR policies and relevant external regulations.
Work with higher management to assess our company's hiring needs
Oversee compensation evaluations, benefit audits, and diversity planning
Organize career development and general HRrelated workshops and training programs for all new and current employees and evaluate their effectiveness
Serve as a mediator in employee conflict and decide on corrective actions when required
Assist the line managers in the performance appraisal process, such as scheduling meetings and filling the performance appraisal forms
Support compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal legislation

Pay:
AED5, AED6,000.00 per month
