The Role

We're looking for a dynamic Property Consultant to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about the real estate market, has a knack for identifying clients' needs, and enjoys the thrill of closing a deal.

As a Property Consultant at Maverick Real Estate, you will be the bridge between buyers and sellers, providing top-notch consultation services and fostering long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of trends and advise clients accordingly.
  • Generate leads and build a robust client portfolio.
  • Guide buyers through the purchasing process, from property viewing to closing.
  • Negotiate deals in the best interest of the client, ensuring satisfaction for both buyers and sellers.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to a diverse range of clients.
  • Maintain an extensive knowledge of the current real estate market conditions, available properties, pricing, and policies.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in real estate or sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of the local real estate market and property valuation.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • A valid real estate agent/broker license.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
Pay

  • We offer a very dynamic range of incentives and Payment commissions
