Roles & Responsibilities- To maintain harmonious PR with trade and prompt & efficient customer service at all times
- 100% compliance to journey plans
- Participate in all teamworking and be an effective teamplayer at all times.
- To achieve set KPIs on Distribution, Visibility (BDA implementation /or share of space as per our market share & planograms)
- To secure our primary visibility in category (as above) and also explore secondary visibility opportunities to have dominance.
- To ensure allround availability of MSL and other targeted tactical skus in every outlet with adequate stockpressure.
- To manage tradereturns within agreed levels.
- To highlight near expiry issues well before expiry date (3 months prior) and take ownership for the liquidation of same, after diligently following FIFO.
- To ensure all listing and distribution of NPIs within 30 days in targeted outlets.
- To take swift action on new outlet openings and negotiate strong BDAs with them.
- To execute all promotional/activation etc as per targeted norms/timelines.
- Evaluate competition activities and observe trade/consumer trends
- To participate and share all survey findings (price, competition, category etc)
- To rigorously follow all SOPs with regard to Van maintenance, inventory management, cash deposits, reporting, timings etc).
- Minimum 2 years of local UAE experience in Van sales.
- Familiar with the dynamics of the FMCG trade.
- Manual UAE Driving Licence.
Salary:
AED3, AED3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
