Description

• Ensure that all workers residing in the housing are company employees.
• Ensure that workers go to their work sites in the morning and do everything necessary to ensure that none of them are absent.
• Counting the number of workers on each bus during the mobilization process to the sites, identifying every person who is behind and absent on each bus, and writing his name and job number.
• Returning to the assigned housing after the process of leaving the workers to the work sites, counting the number of workers remaining inside the housing, and separating between those absent from work and those returning from sites that have ended and are waiting to work in other sites, while writing the names and job numbers for each of them.
• Send all this information extracted from the previous paragraphs to their direct supervisor, making sure the information is accurate.

• Knowing the number of rooms and workers in the assigned camp & submit date to HR dept weekly.
• Ensure all cancelled workers checkout from camp within 7 days from camp after their visa cancelation & update weekly to HR department.
• Any of refused workers or ran away workers, report to HR immediately.

• Reporting changes to workers' work sites and sending official lists to workers if their work sites are changed on a daily basis.
• Make checkin list for new arrival & internal transfer workers.
• Make sure all the space is occupied in every room as per room capacity.
• Make transfer list, incase if we need to transfer from One camp to another camp.
• Completing other regular tasks related to workers' wellbeing and requirements, and ensuring the readiness of housing and its facilities as usual.
