    Description

    Stressless Web Design is looking for an experienced and innovative Office Coordinator.

    The Role

    You will be responsible for :

    • Handling a range of trust administration responsibilities including drafting trust documentation, minutes and resolutions.
    • Assisting with client onboarding and KYC processes and ensuring documentation is complete.
    • Facilitating bank account opening.
    • Ensuring the database contains accurate and up to date information.
    • Administering leave records, medical and insurance claims.
    • Managing 1-5 team members.

    Ideal Profile

    • You have at least 1 year experience within a Trust Officer / Trust Administrator role, ideally within the IT industry.
    • You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
    • You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
    • You are a strong mentor and coach who builds high performing teams
    • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
    • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
