Responsibilities:


  • Seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in largescale data management, with expertise in data platform management, and a background in AI and ML within healthcare services. This role requires a deep understanding of legal and compliance frameworks in data management.
  • Strategy and Governance: Lead the development and implementation of data management & AI strategies, ensuring alignment with G42 Healthcare's overall data & AI governance framework. Oversee data governance processes to ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance.

Legal Frameworks:

Ensure all data management & AI projects comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and ethical standards, including GDPR, HIPAA, and other applicable healthcare data protection laws.


  • Project Initiation and Planning: Drive project initiation, preparing proposals, timeframes, and budgets. Update plans as required, ensuring alignment with data management & AI standards and compliance requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration for

Data Requirements:
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define specific data management & AI requirements, scope, and objectives. Ensure stakeholder needs are translated into actionable data management & AI strategies.

  • Risk Management in Data & AI Projects: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with data management, focusing on legal and compliance aspects. Develop and implement robust risk management plans.
  • Data Interoperability and Integration: Oversee the integration of data & AI platforms and processes, ensuring interoperability and compliance with healthcare data standards and frameworks.
  • Data Security and Privacy: Implement and monitor data security and privacy measures in line with legal requirements and best practices. Address any data breaches or noncompliance issues promptly.
  • Resource Coordination for Data & AI Projects: Allocate resources efficiently across data management projects, ensuring optimal utilization and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Communication and Reporting: Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders on project progress, compliance, and data management issues. Prepare detailed reports and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Training and Awareness: Conduct training sessions on data management best practices, legal compliance, and ethical handling of healthcare data.

Compliance Monitoring:
Regularly monitor and audit data management projects to ensure adherence to legal frameworks and internal policies.

  • Advisory Role on

Data Compliance:
Act as an advisor on data management compliance, providing guidance on legal and ethical considerations in data handling.


Qualifications:

  • Success Metrics: Project Cost Performance Index (CPI), budget variance, schedule adjustments, project completion rate, compliance adherence, and employee & customer NPS.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, business administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in data management within healthcare, focusing on compliance and legal frameworks.
  • Skills: Proficiency in data management, understanding of legal and compliance frameworks in healthcare, strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and problemsolving skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
