Associate - Litigation - Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates - Horizlaw
Description
We are currently seeking an Associate with an excellent academic background and a passion for litigation, to support and assist in handling high-profile complex cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the client cases from start to finish.
- Attend client meetings.
- Gathering documents/evidence from the client.
- Conducting legal research and reviewing legal documents to assist in development of strategies with Senior Associates
- Updating and consulting with senior associates
- Supervising paralegals or legal assistants from time to time
Key Requirements
- 35 years' experience gained experience in a similar capacity with a reputed law firm, legal department, or legal consultancy firm.
- Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent written and communication skills
- Familiarity with the UAE laws and the legal system within the region.
- Good drafting skills
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Detailedorientated and highly motivated individual
- Ability to cope with several projects simultaneously with short deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Masters/Bachelor of Law from a reputed University
