Job summary
The Project Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of a flagship large-scale exhibition.This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day execution of project activities working closely with the Project Manager who owns overall delivery and the Sales Manager who leads commercial and exhibitor sales.
The role requires managing multiple tasks communicating effectively with stakeholders maintaining accurate project documentation in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities include supporting build-up live event days breakdown activities ensuring operational flow liaising suppliers contractors service providers confirming requirements schedules deliverables tracking actions dependencies deadlines follow-ups are completed on time maintaining accurate project documentation contact lists schedules supplier records assisting budget tracking purchase orders invoicing cost reconciliation reporting post-event evaluations data collection providing onsite support during event build live event days breakdown to ensure plans executed as intended ensuring standard professionalism attention detail service delivery at all times.Required Qualifications Skills include experience conferences exhibitions large-scale events strong organisational coordination skills ability manage multiple tasks simultaneously high attention detail proactive solutions-focused approach experience working suppliers venues exhibitors preferred written verbal communication skills English additional languages advantage proficiency Microsoft Office project/event management tools willingness work extended hours travel required during event delivery.
