• Lead and supervise a team ofstainless steel craftsmen, welders, and installers in variousprojects.
• Oversee the planning, execution, andcompletion of stainless steel cladding and fabricationprojects.
• Possess a deep understanding ofstainless steel fabrication techniques, welding, and installationprocesses.
• Ensure the highest quality standardsin all stainless steel projects and conduct inspections to verifycompliance.
• Monitor and manage inventory andprocurement of stainless steel materials andcomponents.
• Collaborate with other constructionteams and contractors to ensure seamless integration of stainlesssteel components into projects.
• Implement andenforce safety protocols and standards to maintain a safe workingenvironment.
• Maintain detailed records,including project progress reports, budgets, and materialusage.
• Address any project-related challengesor issues promptly and effectively.
• Monitorproject costs and work to minimize wastage andexpenses.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience instainless steel fabrication andinstallation.
• Strong expertise in all aspectsof stainless steel fabrication and siteinstallation.
• Proven experience in leading andsupervising teams in the stainless steeldivision.
• Proficient in interpretingengineering drawings and plans.
• Knowledge ofwelding processes and stainless steelfinishes.
• Excellent project management andorganizational skills.
• Familiarity with safetyregulations and best practices inconstruction.
• Effective communication andleadership abilities.
• Ability to work wellunder pressure and meetdeadlines.
• Pakistani/Indian nationals will begiven first preference.
