    Working with global supply chain, manufacturing logistics, sourcing and PSI, you will be required to work with the local Logistics team, develop and execute logistics plans that meet contract and budgetary requirements:/Responsibilities:


    Act as Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for Project Management and SPL (Sourcing project Leader) for all logistics activities in MEA region in close collaboration with the Project Manager or Account Manager.

    Develop a delivery strategy/plan for shipments and execute in rigorous and timely manner.

    Work on the transportation and consolidation of execution needs, establish transport mode requirements and work with the different SPL to maximize the logistic project execution efficiency at the lowest cost.

    Review letter of credit's Logistics requirement and documentation to ensure an on-time payment, or any other similar payment term.

    Manage the Commercial documentation process for complex L/C projects and/or projects to emerging market countries, providing consistency and minimization of delays during the export/import operations.

    Proactive approach to optimizing cycle/transit time and improving project On Time Delivery (OTD). Ensure shipment tracking.
    Work with cross-functional teams to ensure planning and execution of all the logistics activities in multiple countries.
    Monitor and ensure compliance of transport mode specialists with customer requirements and contract deliverables.

    Support in developing and implementing processes for documentation, logistics planning, logistics budgeting and cost allocationPartner efficiently with the key stakeholders (Project Mgt, Account Management, Sourcing, PSI, CCare, Manufacturing, ...)Handling all the ITO Budget request to ship.

    Assure the correct appliance of the new Veolia Insurance guideline where Insured certificates are needed, and any claims happen.
