We are seeking a highly proficient Arabic Language Expert to contribute to a cutting-edge AI development initiative focused on improving language understanding and generation. This role centers on enhancing the quality, clarity, and cultural accuracy of Arabic-language data used in training advanced AI systems.

The selected candidate will help develop, evaluate, and refine Arabic prompts and responses to ensure linguistic precision, contextual appropriateness, and alignment with natural human communication. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong language skills, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of Arabic grammar, style, and regional nuances.

What You'll Be Doing

As An Arabic Language Expert, Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Creating high-quality Arabic prompts across a wide range of general and specialized topics
• Reviewing AI-generated Arabic responses for grammar, syntax, clarity, tone, and cultural appropriateness
• Editing and refining outputs to ensure natural phrasing and logical coherence
• Identifying linguistic inconsistencies, mistranslations, or contextual errors
• Producing variations of prompts and responses to test tone, complexity, and instruction clarity
• Evaluating dialectal accuracy when applicable (e.g., Modern Standard Arabic vs. regional dialects)
• Providing structured feedback to improve dataset consistency and language quality
• Contributing to benchmarking efforts by documenting model strengths and weaknesses in Arabic

Your expertise will directly support the improvement of Arabic language performance in advanced AI systems.

Qualifications & Background
Successful candidates typically demonstrate:

• Native or near-native fluency in Arabic (Modern Standard Arabic required; familiarity with regional dialects is a plus)
• Strong written communication skills with mastery of grammar, vocabulary, and stylistic nuance
• At least two years of experience in translation, linguistics, research, education, content writing, editing, or related fields
