Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell [products/services].
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide accurate information about our products/services to customers.
  • Handle customer objections and address inquiries effectively.
  • Document and update customer records in the company database.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall team goals.
  • Stay informed about product/service features and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Follow up with potential leads and maintain a proactive approach to sales.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Sales or Telemarketing Representative is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Goaloriented and selfmotivated.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Contract length: 24 months


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
