Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell [products/services].
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide accurate information about our products/services to customers.
- Handle customer objections and address inquiries effectively.
- Document and update customer records in the company database.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall team goals.
- Stay informed about product/service features and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
- Follow up with potential leads and maintain a proactive approach to sales.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales or Telemarketing Representative is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Goaloriented and selfmotivated.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
