Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphics Designer with expertise in both online and offline graphic design, fluency in English and Arabic languages, and experience working in the United Arab Emirates.

As a Graphics Designer at NWTN motors, you will be responsible for developing visually captivating designs across various mediums, helping us effectively communicate our brand message to our diverse audience.

Responsibilities:

Develop visually appealing designs for both online and offline platforms, including websites, social media graphics, print materials, advertisements, and marketing collaterals.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to create engaging visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing and sales objectives.
Translate concepts and ideas into eyecatching designs that effectively communicate the desired message to the target audience.
Produce highquality graphics, illustrations, and layouts using appropriate software tools and techniques.
Ensure that all designs are consistent with the brand identity, maintaining a cohesive and professional visual presence across different platforms.
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging design techniques, incorporating innovative ideas into your work.
Communicate and coordinate with external vendors, printers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of printed materials.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and ensuring deliverables are completed on time.
Maintain an organized file system for all design assets, ensuring easy access and retrieval of files as needed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creation, and development, to brainstorm and implement creative design solutions.

Qualification:

Diploma or a bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of online and offline design projects.
Fluency in both English and Arabic languages, with ability to produce artwork that contain text in both languages.
Proficiency in industrystandard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Demonstrated knowledge of current design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy principles.
Experience working in the United Arab Emirates, with a deep understanding of the local culture and design preferences.
Automotive industry experience is a plus but not necessary.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Problemsolving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges.
Knowledge of web design principles and basic HTML/CSS coding skills are a plus but not necessary.
