Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve drinks to guests according to standard recipes and procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and restocking supplies as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and making recommendations
  • Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure guests are of legal drinking age
  • Process guest payments and ensure accurate cash handling
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including proper handling of glassware and cleaning of the bar area
  • Keep track of inventory and notify management of any supply needs
  • Assist with bar setup and closing duties.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience working as a bar attendant or bartender in a hotel or restaurant setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wines
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Fluent in English

Salary:
AED1,800.00 per month
