Responsible for research of the regional music market based on internal and external data and delivering in-depth analysisResponsible for leading user op initiatives to conduct artist/user research and develop product strategyResponsible for planning and launching products and services in collaboration with the global product teamResponsible for developing SOP and structure to empower local team membersCollaborate with XFN teams to support product GTM initiatives


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years of product-related work experiencesAt least 3 years of experience in product operation, user operationExcellent product perspective, business perspective, and user perspectiveAbility to work with cross-functional teams and cross-country teamsStrong research and data analysis skills, and have past experience in producing quality research reportsPassionate about social media and music
