Managing engagements with Company s high-profile clients.
Enriching customer experience with Company Projects and Programs Delivery experience.

Experience in Cloud setupCommunication and Advanced security Scope:
Communication links, DNS, Arbor DDoS, PAM, HSM, Firewall Management, and NTPsolutions.
Executing all planned communications, dashboard updating, and reporting.

Managing Plan view Program account, attributes, and updatesCollaborate with the projects office in introducing PMI standards, processes, and methodologiesManaging the deployment of and transition of SAP SuccessFactors HR And Performance Management Modules.

Managing the build and transition part of the ServiceNow Service Desk solution along with hosting infrastructure.

Minimum of Bachelors degree in a relevant field ( Public Affairs, Public Administration, and Management )
