Are you a creative and passionate Social Media Specialist with a strong background in Arabic language and startup experience? If so, we want you to join our team at Sophiax Group.

We are looking for a talented individual with at least 5 years of experience in social media marketing, who is a native Arabic speaker and has a deep understanding of the culture and trends in the Arab-speaking world.


Key Responsibilities:

- ⁠ ⁠Develop and implement social media strategies to drive engagement and growth on various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- ⁠ ⁠Create, curate, and manage engaging content in Arabic that resonates with our target audience, aligning with our brand's voice and values.
- ⁠ ⁠Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner, and escalate any issues as necessary.
- ⁠ ⁠Analyze social media data and metrics to track the performance of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- ⁠ ⁠Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure our social media presence remains competitive and innovative.
- ⁠ ⁠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media strategies into overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- ⁠ ⁠Provide support for special events, product launches, and promotions through social media channels.
- ⁠ ⁠Manage and grow our online community, fostering engagement and building relationships with our followers and customers.


Qualifications:

- ⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- ⁠ ⁠Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in social media marketing and management.
- ⁠ ⁠Native Arabic speaker with excellent proficiency in written and spoken Arabic.
- ⁠ ⁠Strong passion for social media and a deep understanding of Arab culture and online trends.
- ⁠ ⁠Experience working with startup companies and an ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- ⁠ ⁠Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- ⁠ ⁠Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- ⁠ ⁠Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to create engaging content.
- ⁠ ⁠Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- ⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
