Outline of Role


The purpose of this role is to ensure that appropriate fleet business, financial products & services and used car business activity are available in market to drive sales volumes, serve customers and ensure that ROI is maintained at the highest levels.

Development and direct involvement in key strategic priorities will be required to drive and manage current & new projects forward and ensure seamless rollout into retailer network.


Main Responsibilities
Corporate & Fleet Business performance managed to plan, including business development.

Used car business performance managed to KPI targets. Drive APO growth strategy in the region.

Financial services performance managed to KPI Targets.

Expand a growth strategy through the Retailer Network with the introduction of new programs/initiatives.


Fleet & Corporate Business

  • Support head of programs to identify new fleet channels, reengage current ones when the business requires focus on volume sales/order take.
  • Implement market, centrally driven programmes to enhance Fleet & Business (& Used Car business) development independently or with Leasing Partners
  • Develop and implement profit optimization opportunities to drive more costeffective Fleet channels on VME spend
  • Lease scheme development.
  • Work in partnership with retailers to nurture and reengage Fleet business in the network through more profitable channels.

Financial Services

  • Manage the FS strategy of branded FS products and customer FS renewal programmes including supporting the market deployment of FS on lead management system, to develop and evidence bestinmarket FS capabilities that increase finance penetration and customer loyalty.
  • Help to continually improve lead Management system (CXP) data quality and retailer usage of system to performance manage FS renewal business in the Network.
  • Focus on FS renewal business and ongoing development to globally accepted targets.
  • Support FS strategies for markets not engaged or reliant on cash only customerbased transactions.
  • Implement and drive retailerbased FS campaigns to drive additional sales volumes when required and the competitive positioning of the JLR model range.
  • Support management of FS performance across the network through data driven decisions and the ongoing maintenance and development of accurate and robust data for onward management reporting.
  • Support Head of Programs in exploration stages of a Bank commission scheme within key markets and finance partners to drive additional revenue opportunities for the business.

Used Cars (Approved Pre-Owned)

  • Support the longterm APO strategy into MENA Markets, engaging retailers, performance management & driving ROI across the Network.
  • Build strong relationships with Retailers to drive APO agenda in market and sales growth.
  • Develop and support retailers with APO led marketing campaigns to drive either stock clearance or stock purchases in market.
  • Oversee any future developments to support the full digitalisation journey for Retailers and JLR customers when it comes to Approved Pre-Owned activity, including the rollout of a new reporting platform.
  • Work with Digital RBM to enhance Service Inception Program in the network.
  • Drive initiatives that improve the residual values (RVs) of JLR vehicles both at retail & OUV fleet, while working with our retailer network to make available products that leverage RVs and reduce TCO.

Strategic Sales Programs

  • Supporting ongoing deployment of JLR Subscription program into the markets. Manage and performance analysis of current pilot scheme. Develop a clear business case using associated analytics and statistics to support further pitch into other markets at Retailer level to show program viability.
  • Work with cross functional teams to support JLR subscription model engagement across all key stakeholders.
  • Support rollout of video messaging strategy into network in conjunction with customer service team. Help manage supplier relationship and ensure JLR Sales strategy and desired comms are being supported in the ongoing development of the video messaging services and associated reporting dashboards.
  • Support RBM team to rollout a new platform for the retailers to list and trade new car stock on through digital tech partner. Support initial usage drive and discussions with key markets.
