Job description

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:


  • Tutor and assist children individually or in small groups to help them master assignments and to reinforce learning concepts presented by teachers.
  • Teach social skills to students.
  • Supervise students in classrooms, halls, cafeterias, schoolyards, and gymnasiums, or on field trips.
  • Provide extra assistance to students with special needs.
  • Observe students' performance and record relevant data to assess progress.
  • Enforce administration policies and rules governing students.
  • Instruct and monitor students in the use and care of equipment and materials to prevent injuries and damage.
  • Discuss assigned duties with classroom teachers to coordinate instructional efforts.
  • Organize and supervise games and other recreational activities to promote physical, mental, and social development.
  • Provide assistance in the implementation of learning and teaching strategies for an individual student, groups of students or class, including students with special needs and recognized disabilities, and gifted and talented students.
  • Experience in working collaboratively with teaching staff to in the implementation develop and provide a creative learning environment.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Relevant experience for a similar position or working with children
  • Capable of multitasking can learn immediately and able to deliver efficient result
  • Good communication skills with an excellent command of English

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

Assistant Teacher: 1 year (preferred)
