• Exceptional leadership andcommunication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborateeffectively across all levels of theorganization.
• 7+ years of software engineeringexperience with at least 2 years in a lead role in a largeorganization.
• Advanced understanding of leadingprogramming stacks and DevOps.
• Highlyproficient in solving complex programmingproblems.
• Strong experience in front endtechnologies like React Native, ReactJs, Angular, Flutter, HTML5,C#.Net, SQL, Bootstrap, PHP, NodeJsetc.
• Experience with at least one full cycleimplementation from requirement toproduction.
• Extensive "fullstack" software delivery experience across multipledisciplines.
• Knowledge of CI/CDframeworks.
• Heavy exposure and implementationexperience in modern technology, architecture and automationpatterns.
• Experience with API architecture andcloud-ready development (Docker andKubernetes)
• Experience with test-drivendevelopment and software testautomation
• Extensive experience working in anagile environment (i.e. user stories, iterative development,etc.)
• Hands-on development, DevOps and Agiledelivery skills.
