- Manage and coordinaterepair and maintenance activities to ensure the safety,functionality, and aesthetic appeal of storefacilities.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle ofassets, from acquisition to disposal, ensuring efficient assetutilization and replacement strategies.
- Developand implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtimeand optimize facility performance.
- Maintain arepository of service contracts, track service levels, and ensurevendors are meeting contractualobligations.
- Support the planning and executionof facility-related projects, including renovations, expansions,and relocations.
- Utilize AutoCAD to create andupdate facility layouts, schematics, and floor plans asneeded.
- Maintain accurate records,documentation, and reports related to facilities, projects, andreal estate activities.
- Stay updated onindustry trends, regulations, and best practices related tofacilities management and retailoperations.
