Employee Management - Training, coordination for hiring ,performance management

Stock Management - Inventory, fast moving, slow moving, stock room control

Store Management - Display, store inspection, monitoring Operation procedures, store layout

Monitor the Loss rate

Participate to strategize sales - sales breakdown, target

Organize, plan, execute Sales promotion

Monitoring the result/execution

Communicate with other departments

Maximize sales and profitability of the brand

Meetings and training

Prepare timely reports - sales reports

Provision of monthly feedback to Concept on sales, stock positions and product feedback

Ensure all the stores are in compliance with the store operating and customer service standards

Ensure all store sales, promotions are planned effectively, executed and promptly and maintained professionally

Requirement

Mothercare/babycare experience (required)

2+ years of experience

Chinese Speaker (preferred)

Female
