Job description

  • Greet customers and listen to their concerns
  • Estimate costs and time required for repair or maintenance of the vehicle.
  • To test/assess/check thoroughly and confer with customers to obtain description of vehicle problems and discuss the necessary work to be performed.
  • Consulting with technicians about needed repairs and alternatives that can be offered in place of expensive repairs
  • Answering customer questions about service outcomes and consulting with workshop manager and technicians when necessary

ََQualifications and Skills needed

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Should possess a UAE driving license
  • Able to work independently and with a good working attitude.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mussafah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
