About us:
We are a unique premium small family kombucha bar located in the newly developed Mina Zayed souq area by Aldar, facing the port and surrounded by the water.
The area thrives on entrepreneurship and craft. Two years ago we won the start-up competition in the food & beverage sector organized by NYU and Aldar. This is the year we have finally launched our operation.
We aim to become the first and best kombucha bar not only in Abu Dhabi, but in the UAE - and broader region.

What we are looking for:
we are searching for a family member to our small bar team; someone who would share our passion for kombucha and our values - dedication to work, curiosity, willingness to learn, grit and loyalty.

The person should be able to speak fluent English, be outgoing, know geography, be able to engage with clients on current affairs.

We aim to find an interesting and exceptional personality above all, however only hard work and shared goals will elevate us all professionally.

What you will do:
serving clients is a priority, and all the chores that come with it: educate, explain, engage, receive feedback, arrange take-aways, administer payments, prepare and clean up the bar area, solve difficult situations.

The person will need to independently and efficiently operate in a bar environment, including the behind-bar tasks: troubleshooting, replacing kegs, replenishing the fridges and glass counters.
With the team being small, and the business unique, the opportunity to learn and grow is unbeatable.

Salary:
AED3, AED4,500.00 per month
