Job Overview:


As a Corporate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to drive corporate business for the company.

This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in B2B sales, a deep understanding of the travel and tourism industry, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:


  • Identify and target potential corporate clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
  • Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new corporate accounts.

Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers within corporate clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for corporate accounts, addressing their inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
  • Work closely with the client to understand their specific travel requirements and tailor services accordingly.

Sales Presentations:


  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to corporate clients, showcasing the unique offerings and value proposition.
  • Clearly communicate the benefits of partnering with the company and how it aligns with the client's business objectives.

Negotiation and Contracting:


  • Negotiate terms and agreements with corporate clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Prepare and finalize contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Collaboration:


  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery to corporate clients.
  • Provide regular feedback to management regarding market trends, client preferences, and competitor activities.

Sales Reporting:


  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and achievements.

Travel Coordination:


  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth travel arrangements for corporate clients, including personalized itineraries, transportation, and accommodation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in corporate sales within the travel and tourism industry.
  • Strong understanding of corporate travel needs and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Salary:
AED60, AED72,000.00 per year
