    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or any graduation is mandatory.
    • 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in corporate finance and payroll management.
    • Knowledge of accounting software and MS Office is necessary.
    • Understanding of UAE Labour Law and payroll regulations is essential.
    • Experience with bank reconciliation and financial reporting is required.
    Responsibilities
    • Execute the complete payroll cycle for employees, ensuring accuracy in calculations, deductions, and payments.
    • Prepare and maintain accurate payroll records, reports, and audits for internal and external purposes.
    • Calculate end of service benefits and process final settlement for employees.
    • Process service bill invoices to inter-companies and maintain accurate records.
    • Handle posting of bank entries for remittances received from customers and payments made to vendors.
    • Conduct monthly bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records.
    • Prepare monthly cash flow statements and financial reports.
    • Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company policies.
