GENERAL DESCRIPTION :

The role of customer relationship management (CRM) in a company is to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to existing customers.
  • Digital content creation.
  • Analyzing customer data and feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  • SEO Optimization.
  • Social Media Management.
  • Lead Management.
  • Implementing and managing CRM systems and tools to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
  • Conducting regular check-ins with customers to ensure their needs are being met and addressing any concerns.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience and streamline processes.
  • Providing training and support to customers on how to effectively use the company's products or services.
  • Analyzing customer data and generating reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Up to AED2,800.00 per month
