Role Overview:

As a Finance Assistant at Privatal, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our finance operations.

With our part-time Finance Director at full capacity, we're seeking a hands-on professional with strong experience to take charge of essential tasks such as bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll, and commission calculations.

Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining our financial integrity and ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations.


Key Requirements:

• Must be qualified in finance or accounting.
• Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software.
• Ability to take ownership of invoicing, payroll, and commission calculations.
• Prior experience in accounting is essential to excel in this role.
