We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Architect with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our team.
Lead the design and development of projects, ensuring that they meet the client's needs and are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Work closely with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and other professionals, to ensure that project requirements are met and expectations are managed.
Prepare and present design proposals to clients, stakeholders, and team members.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and other project documentation.
Manage and coordinate the work of other team members, including architects, engineers, and designers.
Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with applicable codes, regulations, and standards.
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure that project objectives are met.
Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and other professionals as required.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.2 to 5 years of relevant experience using Rhino or Rabbit.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong design and technical skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant software.
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
