    • Assist running the pastry sectionof the kitchen
    • Ensure excellent qualitythroughout the dessert offerings
    • Bringcreativity to the pastry offerings
    • Superviseand coordinate all pastry and dessert preparation andpresentation
    • Plan production to facilitatedaily requirements
    • Develop appropriate seasonalmenu offerings
    • Manage food cost controls tocontribute to Food and Beverage revenue
    • Ensurecompliance with food hygiene and Health and Safetyregulations

    What are we lookingfor?

    A Demi Chef -Pastryserving Hilton brands are always working on behalf of our Guestsand working with other Team Members. To successfully fill thisrole, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, andvalues that follow:

    • Aminimum of 2 years as a Demi Chef -Pastry Experience with highvolume food production
    • Approaches pastry in acreative way
    • Strong supervisoryskills
    • A current, valid, and relevant tradequalification (proof may be required)
    • Positiveattitude
    • Good communicationskills
    • Committed to delivering a high level ofcustomer service
    • Excellent groomingstandards
    • Excellent planning and organisingskills
    • Dedicated to the delivery of exceptionalservice and continuousimprovement
