One of the largest wedding & events companies in the Gulf is looking for an
Administrative Assistant / Accountant specialist to join our growing team in Dubai.

- Main missions: Administrative Assistant

What you'll do: Accounting-related tasks (bookkeeping, reconciliation)

Actively support our growing team in HR-related topics: hiring (sourcing, first interviews), training & onboardings
Admin-related tasks: payments (customers & suppliers followups & payments),
Office support (manage leaves & HR systems)

What you'll have to do:Learn, learn & learn

- Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Bookkeeping tasks: manage suppliers' payments, followup customers' payments
  • Office administration: manage company leaves, onboarding & HR systems
**- Bachelor's degree in administration, accounting or MBA;

  • Work experience in a technical marketing field not less than 3 years at an entrylevel;
  • Having practised hiring & accounting for your own startup or another company;
  • Good communication skills with English proficiency;
  • Love Excel (or Google Spreadsheets) and data;
  • Creativity, problemsolving skills;
  • Extroverted ones with strong verbal and written communication skills;**:
