The company in theprovince of Rome (south area), active in plastic processing andprocessing, is looking for the Italy-Estonian Sales Manager.
Activities provided by the role(responding to the Sales Director):
-Manage and develop the distribution network, identifying new oneswhere appropriate;
-Coordinate and direct the activities of three employees to thecommercial back-office and an Italian salesman;
-Develop business initiatives through the involvement of allstakeholders and the effective address and coordination of allcontributions;
-Participate in trade fairs and events, with full support fororganization and presence management, for the best distribution ofthe brand;
-Constantly keep in time the relationship with distributors andprospects, through a high level of service and a high regard forthe relationship;
-Prepare the report on its activity to the management;
-Ensure achievement of turnover targets and margins in accordancewith the business sales plan;
- Otheractivities provided by the role.
Position requirements:
-Diploma and / or Degree (preferably technical-chemical mold);
-Consolidated experience in the roles, gained in the commercial areaof structured, modernly organized and highly market-orientedcompanies, active in the processing and processing of plastics;
-Strong commercial attitude and relational ease;ability to analyze and evaluate B2Bbusiness opportunities;
-Entrepreneurial spirit, desire to grow professionally in tune withcompany growth; passion for the industryand for its work;
-Excellent relational and communicative skills;ability and habit to work both autonomyand team;
-Natural self-motivation, excellent problem-solving skills,unmanageable and adaptive management;
-Analytical candidate, rigorous, reliable, and with excellentpersonal equilibrium;
-Motivation and determination, maturity, strong initiative spirit,proactivity;
-Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken;the knowledge of a second Europeanlanguage (eg German, Spanish, Russian) will be preferential.
Workplace: 30% in headquarters(south province Rome), 70% offsite (in Italy and abroad, Europe andthe United States).
Insertion:Immediate.
Contractual proposal: full-time,full-time, subordinate employment contract with adequate trialperiod; remuneration to be determined onthe basis of the skills and experience actually matured.
