    We are seeking a dynamic andresultsdriven Sales Executive to join our team focusing onbusinesstobusiness (B2B) sales of bakery and foodstuff products tohotels restaurants catering companies and flight catering servicesin the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developingand maintaining strong relationships with clients identifying newbusiness opportunities and achieving sales targets. A valid UAEdriving license is required for thisrole.

    1. BusinessDevelopment:
      • Identifyand pursue new business opportunities within the HORECAsector.
      • Develop and maintain arobust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed salestargets.
      • Build and nurturerelationships with key decisionmakers in hotels restaurants andcateringcompanies.
    2. ClientRelationshipManagement:
      • Establishand maintain strong longlasting relationships withclients.
      • Act as the main point ofcontact for clients addressing their needs and ensuringsatisfaction.
      • Collaborate withclients to understand their requirements and provide customizedsolutions.
    3. ProductKnowledge:
      • Possessa deep understanding of the companys products andservices.
      • Stay informed aboutindustry trends and competitors to effectively position thecompanys offerings in themarket.
    4. SalesPresentations andNegotiation:
      • Conductproduct presentations and demonstrations to potentialclients.
      • Negotiate and finalizecontracts ensuring favorable terms for both the company and theclient.
    5. SalesReporting:
      • Maintainaccurate and uptodate records of sales activities and clientinteractions.
      • Prepare regular salesreports and forecasts for managementreview.
    6. Collaboration:
      • Workclosely with internal teams including marketing logistics andcustomer support to ensure seamless customerexperiences.
      • Collaborate withcolleagues to share market insights and improve overall salesstrategies.


    Requirements

    • Provenexperience in B2B sales preferably in the food service industry orselling bakery and foodstuff products to the HORECAsector.
    • Strong understanding of theUAE market and the HORECA industry with a track record of buildingand maintaining relationships with keyclients.
    • Excellent communication andnegotiation skills with the ability to present products effectivelyand services to clients and close salesdeals.
    • UAE driving license ismandatory for thisrole.
    • Resultsoriented with a driveto achieve and exceed sales targets coupled with strongorganizational and time managementskills.
    • Bachelors degree orequivalent qualification in business marketing or a relatedfield.


    Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the foodserviceindustry or selling bakery and foodstuff products to the HORECAsector. Strong understanding of the UAE market and the HORECAindustry, with a track record of building and maintainingrelationships with key clients. Excellent communication andnegotiation skills, with the ability to effectively presentproducts and services to clients and close sales deals. UAE drivinglicense is mandatory for this role. Results-oriented with a driveto achieve and exceed sales targets, coupled with strongorganizational and time management skills. Bachelor's degree orequivalent qualification in business, marketing, or a relatedfield.
