Prospect pre-qualified leads to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointmentsRespond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client baseConduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researchedComplete Real Estate listing paperwork, create links with listing portals

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 year of experience in Real Estate salesAdvanced skills in using CRM software to keep customer and unit information organized, updated and confidentialStrong understanding of the Real Estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysisStrong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
