Summary:

Mark Williams is working with a prestigious Abu Dhabi entity with the mandate to design, develop and deliver the training to support a large-scale digital transformation


Role:
In this role you will collaborate with the Project Managers, change team and other stakeholders to help identify training needs, design learning solutions, and facilitate the development of employees' skills


Responsibilities:


  • Develop comprehensive training strategies that align with organizational change initiatives, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure coherence with project goals
  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs and materials tailored to address identified training needs, contributing to the overall change management strategy
  • Maintain meticulous training records and provides detailed reports on training progress and effectiveness to relevant stakeholders
  • Proficiently utilize learning technology, including learning management systems, to facilitate training delivery, track progress, and offer easy access to training resources and materials, ensuring a seamless and effective training experience

Requirements:

  • 10+ years proven experience in designing and delivering largescale training programs
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Training and Development, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline
  • Experience in assessing training needs, developing training strategies, and evaluating training effectiveness
  • Extensive experience in government sector, ERP, and/or Microsoft product deployments
